Holding the handle in your hand, you can roll this wheel of sharp little pins over a person's skin, generating a unique sensation which many people really respond to. The pins are pointy enough to feel quite prickly wherever they go, but are not sharp enough to puncture the skin unless excessive pressure is used. Nice in combination with a blindfold, and very intense and interesting when used with a Violet Wand.
